These restaurants sell shark fin soup and are contributing to the imminent extinction of many species of shark, as well as supporting the barbaric and often illegal trade in shark finning. Please boycott these restaurants (and if possible tell them why you won't eat there). Note that some of these restaurants are listed here because they sell schillerlocken (smoked belly flaps) made using shark, especially picked dogfish.
